I feel like Ive wasted my day if I spend a day without doing something artsy. At work, I'm a designer on the computer. but when I'm home-- It's off the computer and into the craft room! This page showcases just a few of my many unique hobbies. Apart from selling my art online and through word-of-mouth, I also sell my art at several conventions around the Mid-west!
PAINTINGS / PAINTED
There is no cooler feeling than knowing that my dorky paintings are hanging on the walls in many countries around the world! It all started a few years ago when I cut up an MDF board plank into little 8x8 squares and painted nerdy things on them. Now I'm selling custom requests to people everywhere via Etsy.com :)
POLYMER CLAY
I remember watching my mom use FIMO clay as a young kid, and being so impressed with what she could create. Now, as an adult myself, I have graduated from Play-Doh and taken on the hobby of Sculpey clay! Ive made many amazing things such as charms, beads, figures, and more!
PROP / REPLICA
On my spare time, and at the request of others, I enjoy the chance to create! Especially when It gives me an excuse to learn something new. I cannot describe the feeling I get when I see something online or in a movie and I am presented with an opportunity to replicate it by hand.
COSTUMES / SEWN
Ever since I can remember, I have always jumped at the opportunity to create a costume. From putting on plays in my garage as a kid, to Halloween, and now in my older days Its conventions and themed parties at any chance I get!
